Oblivion

E féléves munkám témája tulajdonképpen az elozonek a továbbgondolása. Azért döntöttem emelett, mert egy személyiség keresési folyamat, kötodés bontakozott ki a városom felülnézeti megfestésébol és úgy gondoltam még mélyebbre kell ásnom, hogy teljessé váljon festménysorozatom. Figuráim arctalansága, a hintaló magányossága a térben megad egy olyan hangulatot, amelyet a félév során végig a környezetemben éreztem vagy magamban, s amelyet szándékosan ki szerettem volna fejezni: a felejtést. Freud hipotézise szerint az mondható el, hogy azokra az emlékekre, eseményekre, tárgyakra jobban emlékezünk, amelyhez pozitiv érzések kapcsolódnak, mint azokra, amelyekhez kellemetlen érzés kötheto. Ezt magyarázza elfojtási hipotézise, miszerint az olyan mértéku feszültséget, traumát jelento emlékeket, amit az ember nem képes elviselni, elnyomja, elfojtja, a tudattalan részévé válik.

The topic of this semester is basically the re-thinking of the previous one. I chose this because there was a sort of development from painting my works of bird's eye-view to a process of finding my inner self and I thought I had to dig deeper in order to have a full, complete series of work. My figures having no faces, the lonliness of the rocking-horse give the impression that I felt myself or in my surrounding and what I wanted to express on purpose: oblivion. According to the hypothesis of Freud, we remember those feelings, memories, object more we are attached to in a positive emotional way, than those which are attached to an unpleasant, awkward feeling. This is what is explained in his supression thesis which says that the memories, meaning so much stress and trauma people can not take, supress, become a part of the unconsciousness.
