Memento

Egy 50×80 cm-es fémlapon három 50×80 cm-es, 5 mm vastag gravírozott üveglap áll. Ezeket megvilágítva az általuk hordozott, már önálló jelentéssel is bíró három grafika rajza a falra vetül. Árnyékuk egy negyedik, Fém, üveg, fény és árnyék. A mű mind anyagában, mind jelentéstartalmában szimbolikus. Életünk rebbenékeny, és tudatunk egy szegletében minden pillanatban szembesülünk a halál fölénk tornyosuló árnyékképével, ami minden embert összeköt, akár egy levetkőzhetetlen, hozzánk rögzített, rideg kapocs. Az élet tünékeny, egy finoman hangolt, érzékeny gépezet, s az ember a halál tényét csak egy elménket meghaladó transzcendens hatalom feltételezésével képes csak feldolgozni.

Their shadow is a fourth one, metal, glass, light and shadow. The piece of work is symbolic both in its material and meaning. Our life is fleeting, and in a corner of our consciousness we encounter the shadow of death towering above us every moment, which connects all the people as a hard clamp fixed to them and cannot be taken off. Life is transient, a finely tuned, sensitive machinery, and people are able to deal with the fact of death only by supposing a transcendent power beyond their minds. preprocess
