A rövidfilm egy fiatal alkimistáról, George-ról szól, aki a bölcsek kövének előállításán dolgozik. Hosszú évek megerőltető kísérletezései után sikerül megalkotnia valamit, de ez nem igazán az, amire ő számított. Lenyűgözi az anyag, ami véletlenül keletkezett a kísérletei során: segítségével sikerül életre keltenie a laboratóriumban porosodó agyagszobrot is, és még sok további érdekességet is véghezvisz vele. Másnap reggel viszont, amikor Malcolm, a komornyik megérkezik a reggelivel, szokatlan furcsaságra lesz figyelmes: mégsem minden úgy történt, ahogy azt George elképzelte… A történet során három karakterrel találkozhatunk. George, a fiatal alkimista és tudós ideje legnagyobb részét a laboratóriumában tölti. Komornyikja, Malcolm látja el a ház többi részének karbantartását, és George háborítatlanságáért is ő felel. A harmadik szereplő pedig a gólem, akit George kelt életre kísérletei során, utána pedig a segítségével folytatja a munkát.

The short film is about a young alchemist, George, who is working on the philosopher’s stone. After long years of demanding experiments he succeeds in creating something, but it is not exactly what he expected. He is amazed by the material that was accidentally generated during his experiments: he is able to bring life even into the dusty clay sculpture in the laboratory and performs many other curious things by using it. Next morning, however, when Malcolm, the butler arrives with the breakfast, he observes some unusual curiosities: not everything happened just as George imagined… We meet three characters in the course of the story. George, the young alchemist and scholar spends most of his time in his laboratory. His butler, Malcolm takes care of the maintenance of the rest of the house and he is responsible that George remains undisturbed. The third character is the Golem, whom George brings to life during his experiments and then he carries on with the work with his help.
