Diplomamunkám középpontjában az emberi test áll, melyet darabokban különböző testrészekből vagy ugyanazon testrész variációiból rakok össze. Folyamatos kísérletezés jellemzi munkáimat: a testnegatívokat felhasználó öntési technikát, anyaghasználat terén pedig a betont alkalmazom. Az építkezéseken fellelhető anyagok, vizuális együttesek szolgáltatták az ötletet, ugyanakkor kísérleteim fontos eleme az ellentét kifejezése bizonyos anyagok társítása révén. A szokatlan helyzet megteremtése a betonnal kiöntött női testrészek finom, akár bőrpórust is megjelenítő formáiban valósul meg – az anyag tulajdonságai és az ábrázolt forma együttesében. A létrejött testrészleteket helyezem különféle kontextusba, így került több has-variáns dobozba, illetve különböző testrészek egy díszes perzsaszőnyeg-másolatra.

The focus of my diploma work is the human body that I compose of pieces of different body parts or from variations of the same one. Continuous experimentation is typical of my work: I use casting techniques with physical negatives and concrete as a material. Materials, visual phenomena that can be experienced at construction sites provided the idea, but an important element of my experiments is to create contrast by bringing together certain materials. The creation of an unusual situation is achieved by the fine (even detailed to the pores of the skin) forms of female body parts, cast in concrete – it gets its final realisation in the unity of the properties of the material and the represented form. I put the created body parts into a variety of contexts, thus several stomach-variants have been placed in boxes and various other body parts onto an ornate copy of a Persian carpet.
