Forint

My thesis is the redesign of the Hungarian forint. The forint is not only a currency, but also a national symbol and an element of  historical heritage. I found the banknote and coin design a professional challenge. I designed a completely unique line of money in shape and size, depicting different bridges of the country on the banknotes. The bridge makes connection. There is a parallel between money and the bridges, since both appear along the history of mankind; both are used by all strata of society. The completed money line is also an ars poetica, it displays my interest, my hobby, my individuality.
