Freaks 1–6

My object series entitled Freaks was created as an experiment of the mixture of different materials conjuring associations. In these pieces I combine materials from construction sites with materials from fashion, dog fur with human natural hair to achieve a grotesque sense of through the dialectics of disgust and pleasure. Because of the strange combination of these artworks the character of the Freak can relate to a utopian, post-human world, where the absence of the human being becomes expressed.
