Contemporary Hungarian Documentary Portraits

Thesis

In the globalised world of the 21st century information from all around the world can be obtained immediately via the Internet. As spatial and temporal boundaries vanish, the tools and methods of receiving and gaining knowledge are also changing. In my thesis I intend to tackle the question whether there is demand and need for documentaries in an age when online film and television consumption are prevalent.
