A Fish & Type egy olyan étteremlánc, ahol csak a Kárpát-medencében megtalálható halakból készült minőségi ételeket lehet vásárolni. Ez egy alternatív és lokális megoldás az óceáni élővilág védelmére, hiszen rengeteg halfaj – közöttük a tonhal – kipusztulhat a túlhalászat miatt. E mellett remek lehetőséget kínál a helyi és környékbeli gasztronómia népszerűsítésére is. A projekt három fő részből tevődik össze: az étterem arculati tervéből; egy Fish Book-nak nevezett kiadványból és annak weboldalából, ahol a Kárpát-medencében ellő összes halról kaphatunk információt; illetve a termékek csomagolásából.

Fish&Typeis a restaurant chain where one can only buy quality food prepared from fish in the Carpathian Basin. This is an alternative and local solution to protect marine life, as many fish species, including tuna, may become extinct due to overfishing. In addition, it offers a great opportunity to promote local and regional gastronomy. The project consists of three main parts: the corporate identity of the restaurant; a publication called FishBook and its website where the user can get information about all the fish in the Carpathian Basin and about the packaging of products.
