A vadon szélén / On the edge of the wilderness

Egy eldugott, erdővel határolt kis tisztáson él a Paulics család. Két felnőtt és négy gyerek. Ugyanolyan család, mint a többi. Csak számukra egy jurta szolgál otthonul, a vizet a kútból pumpálják, kedvenc játszótársaik az állatok, játszóterük az erdő, a rét. A gyerekek otthon tanulnak, az életük így sokkal szabadabb. Azonban a természet legmélyébe is utat tört magának a technika, ha a legminimálisabb formájában is. Mint minden család, náluk is vannak néha konfliktusok. Diplomamunkám koncepciója is erre alapult: bemutatni, hogy hogyan tud egy család harmóniábanélni a természettelés azt megjeleníteni, hogy néha napján náluk is előfordul egy-egy élesebb szó, egy-két rakoncátlanabb gyerek.

In a secluded small clearing next to a forest lives the Paulic family.  Two grownups with four children. In many ways they are a family just like any other, the only difference is that they live in a Yurt and get their water from a well, their playmates are the animals of the forest and their playground aren the clearings, ridges and forest itself. The children are home schooled and because of this their life is more free in many ways. But even in the secluded depths of nature, one cannot stop the progress of technology, even in its smallest forms. Like in any other family there are conflicts. The aim of my diploma film was based on this, this show how a family today can live in harmony with nature but also to present the conflicts and hardships that goes along with living with children outside of modern society.
