Flora Humilis brings us back down to Earth, using the Carpathian Basin as its ecological scene, and invites us to truly discover the silent world of life that surrounds us. The purpose of the book is to show the outstanding values of plants that are generally underestimated, such as species that are considered stunted or weeds, presented in contemporary graphic design. The medium for this – including the book, and its promotional materials – is a meditative atmosphere in which the viewers can understand the physical realisation of the insights described by stepping into a workshop-style installation.
