In addition to mastering the basic knowledge of graphic design, as well as illustration and typographic tasks, students of the specialization receive education focusing on forms of expression and technical solutions of the applied graphic genre. During their studies, they encounter both individual and group tasks. Our goal is to train prepared, open-minded experts who are comfortable in visual communication, who can become versatile specialists in companies dealing with graphic design, illustrations, digital image processing, and reproduction. In their creative design and execution work, they are familiar with the modern graphic language and use it confidently, among other things, they carry out graphic design work, preparatory work for publications, and image editing tasks.
Job opportunities for students with a BA degree: graphic and visual design studios, printed and electronic press, advertising and PR companies, newspaper and book publishers, Internet content providers, publishers, and mass information and interactive communication media. Their acquired theoretical and professional knowledge enables them to continue the training at the MA level.
