My diploma project is a virtual three-dimensional (3D) coloring experience centered around the interactive process of creation. Within the virtual space, various abstract forms are arranged independently at different coordinates, heights, and scales. The user navigates the environment from a first-person perspective. By approaching the forms, they can interact with them, encouraging exploration of the entire space. These unique abstract elements do not form a coherent image on their own. However, from a specific viewpoint, they align into a unified visual composition, which can be revealed at the press of a button. In their default state, the forms feature canvas-like textures, enhancing their artistic quality. During the creative process, users can engage with different artistic periods. Each level reflects the stylistic characteristics of a distinct era, using corresponding colors, shapes, brushwork, textures, and atmosphere. The project is titled Anicca, a concept from Buddhist philosophy that refers to impermanence. Rather than expressing sadness, it represents a fundamental principle of existence: everything is in a constant state of change.
