Jólegyél is a collection of my own plant-based recipes based on the seasonality of edible plants in the Carpathian Basin. Its aim is to promote slowing down during food preparation, and immersing oneself into cooking as a creative process. I compile these ideas in a creative, interactive publication through my own writing and illustrations. During the design process, I also explore how a recipe book can be made more experimental through unconventional binding, typography, use of materials, and other visual elements.
