Digital avatars in the East and West. The constantly changing and evolving digital space is becoming an increasingly important part of our everyday lives. In recent years, digital personas and performers have become important parts of this space. In my work, I explore the differences in attitudes between the two hemispheres, as well as the social and technical challenges, customs, and possibilities of the medium. The practical part of the work consists of a virtual model I created, which can be controlled interactively with real gestures, taking us into the digital space in a new way.
