The End?

creative publication, art book

I have been working on an autonomous art book that uniquely addresses the question of how different cultures, religions, philosophical systems, and art forms around the world view the human existence after death. My goal is to provide a comprehensive picture of how people view life after death – whether it be an afterlife, rebirth, complete cessation, or something else entirely. This publication is not merely intended to for information purposes. It is about accepting a taboo and allowing reflection on it. Death is part of all our lives, yet it is full of uncertainty, mystery, and sometimes fear. I hope this collection will provide some peace and understanding by showing how differently this inevitable event is interpreted in different parts of the world. By presenting different approaches, I aim to create a comprehensive and diverse picture that not only makes the reader think, but also encourages them to look at the final stage of life with more openness and less fear. It can serve as a guide for those seeking answers to what happens to us after death, helping them develop a more hopeful and positive attitude. In the book, I present a number of alternatives and possibilities, supported by images and creative solutions.
