hybrid board game

 My project is a hybrid board game inspired by the punk subculture and the summer festival season. Players visit a five-day fictional festival where their goal is to drink as much beer as possible – preferably spending little money, using their luck and ingenuity. The work consists of two parts: a physical deck of cards and a phone app, which together create the complete gaming experience. The app complements the classic board game mechanics with various features: it helps with scoring, introduces luck-based events, and also plays a role in creating the atmosphere. Players can find merchandise at the festival and return lost items to their owners, in exchange for various bonuses, benefits, or extra beers.
